The problem is that if you add these up, and I bet if you added all the voting frauds in the country up, it still would not be enough to undo Bush's 3% margin of error. This is why Kerry didn't challenge any of these cases. Even if he won all of them, Bush still would have won the election, and you just would have had a lot of discontent with the voting system in general.
