There is no excuse for going over the speed limit, especially in residential areas. If these DSPs aren't legal, they should be! Have you seen a DSP with the mandatory CE-marking? No, I didn´t believe so either. Have you seen a DSP without the CE-marking? Then you have seen an illegal machine.
