  Jesus Christ, all the people saying Paris is "gorgeous and beautiful and y'all are just jealous", must be about 13 (judging from spelling alone).   Her new single is not original - I grew up in the Caribbean and am very familiar with reggae - when I heard the song Stars are Blind I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is, but then I realized that it's a remake of UB40's Kingston Town. Basically she stole the beat from the song and added really bad lyrics and bad singing and made it all about herself. Come on, can't anyone be original anymore?   Paris Hilton has enough money to never work a day in her life, but she does anyways-
  She is gorgeous- beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but it is also pretty much a cooker cutter definition, nice body, skin, teeth,etc etc and she has it all. Reputation, money, jelousy aside- look at her, there is no denying she is hot!
  In regards to her IQ- whether she knows the right ppl that can help market her or not, she is smart enough to be a business women and make her OWN money, she plays the ditzy blond on the simple life because it is not 100% reality tv , there is acting involved and the entertainment factor- being cute and a little naive and ditzy is all for show.
  She is indeed in the public eye, a fashion icon in many ways, a fashion medl, actress, designer, singer, etc.
  Like her or not-( or the image she portrays) if you arent hanging out with her or her family- lets face it, none of us know her!!!!

  Paris Hilton! What a waste of 20 seconds and tsp. of daddy's sperm. She has no talent and thus must buy her way into celebrity friends so she can appear to look important to herself on the red carpet. Bought her way into a song and video. Paid for her way into some semblence of friendship with people she knows will eventually end up in the public's eye. She hasn't the beauty or brains some of you love-struck idiot's thinks she has. In surfing channels, I've seen some sort of reality show where she's apparently allowed to do some sort of work done by real people. All I saw was disrespect for the people doing the job and the job itself. The producers of whatever show it was probably thought it was good for ratings to look and act stupid for a couple of ha ha's. She's breathing my air. Why is she even given the noteriety she doesn't deserve?! I'm waiting for the E! website to open a blog on her so I can add this tidbit to their blog page and include her DUI.

  It really irritates me that you guys are taking time out of your day to talk badly about someone who has no idea who you are. I am not going to say that I am a fan of Paris Hilton, but I just don’t understand how you can say something bad about someone you know nothing about. All that you know is what the media tells you. The truth of the matter is that no matter what you say about her she is still getting the attention that she wants, or that any celebrity wants for that matter. If People magazine publishes a story about how they hate Paris Hilton, she is still going to make money off of it because people will want to know more about it. No matter what you say, bad or good, you are still putting her name out there in the media, and therefore increasing her worth. As I said before I am not trying to defend Paris or sound all philosophical, I just wanted to inform you of what you were actually doing.

  paris should never have been released from her jail sentence. the sheriff should either be fired or not re-elected as he failed in his duty. curious to know if he was promised remuneration in exchange. as well, why the sheriff couldn't have notified the court and/or the city attorney if in fact a situation existed. people suffer mentally and physically when in a jail setting. paris hilton should be treated equally and if treatment was and/or is necessary, then she should have sought assistance from the medical staff at the jail.

  For all those on here who defend this over-entitled skank and feel pity for her having to serve her 45 days in jail ... oh come on ... wake up and get real! She is rich beyond words, whereas you and I are not. When she is done with her 45 days, all she does is go home to her big beautiful house and piles of money. She will never live paycheck to paycheck. You might say I am jealous? Oh how I would love to have enough money so that I would not have to worry .. of that, yes, I guess you can go ahead and label me jealous. Other than that, there is nothing. She is one of the strangest looking people I have ever viewed (not pretty by any definition). Her fashion sense is incredibly bad ... one would think that with all that money she could at least hire someone to dress her!! She is as dumb as a pile of rocks. She has zero personality. She offers nothing of value to this world. Does she devote herself to good works? Give her money away to try and help better the lives of so many who are less fortunate than she? No and you can bank on the fact that she never will. She is selfish and self-centered. THAT is why she "works" when she doesn't have to ... for the attention. Period. End of.
  
  Personally, there would be no loss to the world if they were to lock her up forever, throwing away the key.

  Sorry folks, but Paris is nothing more than a waste of good oxygen. She has never produced anything of value to society; she's famous simply because she's famous. If her family name wasn't Hilton, she'd be married to a dumb jock, have 3 kids, and work at Wal-Mart. She's unattractive, has thumbed her nose at the law on numerous occasions, blames everything on others (taking no responsibility for her own actions), and is generally useless.
  
  Time for her to pay up -- she did the crime (on multiple occasions), so she can do the time just like anyone else. Being born with a silver spoon firmly embedded in your mouth should not exclude you from responsibility for her actions.
  
  Those of you who say "she's stupid, but she has fun" -- time to grow up. Life isn't all about fun. Sadly, fun is all that counts for many people today. No wonder our society is so screwed up.
