    For what it's worth, breast implant scars don't usually go on on top, and given the angle of the scar and it's lack of a mirror duplicate on the other breast, I have my doubts.

    im surprised u guys didn't kno.. she was an A-cup before this.. and now shes like DD.. they gave her implants b/c they want her to look like lara croft, its common sense.. she was a model b4, shes way too skinny to have been sporting things that big before~

    if yall werent dense or if any of you had ever served in the millitary youll know that that is a brass burn from a spent round location+shape+overtly large breasts=getting burned with at least one empty round

    Wow 1 tiny imperfection like that and focus on it as if she had her whole right breast mangled.Way to be shallow awsome!

    She doesn't have breast implants. Breast implants are not inserted from above the breast; they're usually inserted under them, although sometimes it's done through the areola. Additionally, scars from surgery are not nearly as irregular in shape as that one. And lastly, if you'll look at pictures of Karima in a bathing suit, it's obvious that her breasts sag very naturally. They only look inflated in the Lara outfit because of the awkward sports bra she has to wear.

    Karima isn't the Lara model to go from an A-cup to a DD; that was Rhona Mitra, the first Lara model.

    come on people, look at any other of the hundreds of pics of her floating around the net.. no scarring. and what Tyr said.. she has been going through firearms training as well as training with the SAS..give the girl the benefit of the doubt.

    I don't know. I never really looked for it before cause I haven't really been gung ho on this particular girl but. It looks like she's had work done. Most people can't tell the difference. And admitedly it's hard when the surgeons good at his job - and the patient gos for what will look most natural etc. etc. The scar is a scar who could say where it's from for sure. Implant's are never done there.I'm impartial to implants anyway. Her legs do quite well with her face,lol

    Uhm yes. Shes just got saggy boobs ... which is usual with ppl with big boobs .. in a bandeau bikini certainly looks smaller whatever.
