I find it makes for a far better sleep and it has the added advantage of even expanding your horizon (depending on what you read, of course)</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">kAY</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 09 Aug 2006 02:06:19 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
