    That whole upsidedown internet thing is way cool. I have got a question no one seems to be able to answer for me, and i think you can! i have a broadband internet connection and vonage. sometimes for no apparent reason my vonage service sucks, and i've determined that it's not vonage, it's my downloand speed with in ISP. it will go from a downloand speed of around 2,700 (in which case i have no phone problems) to around 200 (where it's so damn annoying i hang up on people becuase they can't hear me). My first question is: is this caused by people stealing my internet? How do i prevent my neighbors from stealing my internet? And will this solve my problem do you think? I really need internet expertiese here! thank you so much for a reply in advance, i really appreciate it!

    umm maby a stupid question but where exactly do u do all this?
    i get the code and all but what language. and how do i execute it?

    Download speeds often fluctuate, it very well could be factors outside your network. Still, if you suspect someone is stealing your connection--log into your router and set up WPA encryption and be sure to choose a strong password. (I can break WEP encryption in minutes on my machine, so if thats how you're set up, change it) WAP is much harder to break, and requires that your password be suceptible to a dictionary attack.

    Then, you'll need to change the settings on your network card so that it connects via WPA instead of whatever it was connecting with before.
