  Actually, the material was removed from the game, but it was left on the CD that was distributed with the game data. "Hackers" can access the material by digging into the game's source code. Or so I've heard. Which I personally don't give a shit, but would rather never meet the developers that made such a creepy and perv mini-game. I can forgive them, because Max Payne was cool.

  is it just me or is everyone all bent out of shape about the wrong shit? this game pretty much shows everything that is wrong with society. gangbangers, drugs, stealin cars, beatin whores....and everyone's getting bent out of shape about some digitized pussy? WHO GIVES A FUCK!!
  if you don't want to see it, don't put in the damn code. if you do, put it in, grab a tissue, and go have fun. just be sure that when you get done, you realize that in the game, you beat people, steal their shit, murder them, and deal with drugs every time you play. sound familiar? if not, locate your nearest ghetto and you will see that this game is an imitation of real shit going on.
  having said all this...i think the game is fun as hell and i'll continue to play it. just because i play it doesn't mean i'll be out on the street corner dealin drugs and doin drive-bys. that's what your brain is for....showing you the difference between right and wrong. if you don't already know what it is, a game isn't going to help or hurt the situation.

  what i want to know is what the big deal really is anyway? are they really up in arms that some teenage boys might spend all night rigging their system to see animated porn when they could find some in 30 seconds on the internet, or is the problem really that it's a black guy fucking a white girl? if you're going to object to something at least be honest about why you're doing it. it's ok for you to run around killing people and doing drive-bys and killing cops but it's not ok to show a little jungle fever. i love the gta series and me and my 5 year old son have a blast playing. i don't think he's going to go to school and kill people, he knows it's just a game and we enjoy it thoroughly. if you have nothing else better to do than try to "protect" the world from the evils of the playstation then i might suggest getting laid.

  i dont understand how a video game could insite so many people to riot. so there is sex in the game so what. the rating on the box says "mature" and obviously some people have a lower maturity level than others and to turn this into a racial debate shows immaturity and the inability to follow one train of thought. the fact that this game has or supposidly has what some are calling lude or offensive matterial. the responsibility falls on the indevidual that purchased the game, not the programmers. we arent talking about disney movies like the lion king or little mermaid which have subliminal messages drawn into the movies. we are talking about a game designed for adults. everyone needs to let it go. if you are offended you shouldn't be buying a game called GRAND THEFT AUTO because chances are your a right wing bastard and find it offensive that cars are stolen in the game, people are killed, sex toys are used as weapons, walls get graffitied, and foul language is all that is heard from pedestrians.

  The main point behind the displeasure against Rockstar is that they willingly violated the ESRB rating system, and by doing so is selfishly risking the entire video game industry.
  
  We -need- the ESRB rating system because it puts the responsibility of who plays what game where it belongs. The truth is that the guidelines used by the ESRB rating system are rather leniant. Is it really -that- difficult to follow these guidelines?
  
  Rockstar probably left the so-called 'Hot Coffee' in GTA:SA as some sort of premeditated publicity stunt. Suffice it to say, it was spectacularly stupid and selfish, and Rockstar (and Rockstar alone, not the rest of the video game industry) deserves whatever the damages 'Hot Coffee' will cause them. This is something they brought upon themselves.
  
  Sure, the 'Hot Coffee' may seem trivial and silly compared to the killing and thuggery that is widely accepted in GTA, but GTA:SA's 'M' rating was not sufficient for the sex scenes exhibited in the game, and Rockstar broke (fairly simple) rules. Unfortunately for all of you people who insist that the 'M' rating was appropriate, keep in mind that ESRB delegates that games with 'graphic' sex scenes need an 'AO' rating.

  sex is sex, who gives a fuck? its not like over half the population hasnt seen it or had it. critics say that animated sex is inappropriate, when later in their life, the people playing this game are going to experience the real thing. they're not mentioning at all the blood, the killing of cops, drive - bys, murdering, etc. not nearly as many people are going to do these, so why the fuck do they care? i mean honestly, its not like some 11 year old is going to go up to some random whore and start raping her. these critics opinions will not change people's mind sets, and some parents like the game themselves. if you dont want the violence and sex in your home, then dont buy the game, leave others to make their own choices, they really are capable. leave it up to the parents to decide what they do or dont want their child playing, they have control when everything comes to its end.

Parents are worried about their kids watching this kind of stuff, or in this case, playing them, when kids can just turn on the tv and find some guy beating the hell out of a woman, and then raping her... And hey! Games, just like movies, are RATED, I think parents should first LOOK at the rating of the game, and then think if it's appropiate to buy it to their kids... Come on, not because it's a game, it means that it's suitable for every age... Parents should learn how to pick stuff before they buy it... You wouldn't let your 5 year old child go to the cinema to watch an adult movie, would you?... The same happens with games... Simple as that...

  Hi everyone. Just thought I'd say hello to the world while I write my 1500 essay for University on my chosen subject of "Violence in Computer Games".
  
  I'm 28, nearly 29 years old and have had GTA San Andreas since new on both the PS2 and Xbox. I love it, bit bored of the whole cheat thing to get a bazooka and then getting the Army after u, blowing them up and then, after 20 minutes, get blown out of the sky by the FBI thing.
  
  And as for this hidden sex scene- HILARIOUS!!!

  I understand people not wanting their kids to play games in which you get to assault, torture, murder or otherwise attack "virtual" people. What I dont get is why parents try so hard to hide sex (and everything related to it) from their kids.
  
  Now pay attention: since your boy turned 15 he has tought of little more than sex. The same as you, me and every other human has, all the way since the origin of humanity... Like it or not, sex is a necessary part of human developement and survival. You people would be better telling your kids everything they need to know about sex (specially safety) instead of trying to hide it from them. They'll learn anyway. They'll masturbate anyway.   This is crazy. Let me answer some questions for people here.
  
  1. Why was this stuff on here?
  
  I program games myself, and as any programmer knows, it's far easier just to remove access to a certain section of the program than to bother to delete all the code and programming and hope that you haven't gone and stopped something else working too. Rockstar probably put it in there, then thought 'Hey, this is a bad idea' and took away the code that let people access it.
  
  2. Were Rockstar in the wrong?
  
  Well, they probably didn't want people to see the Hot Coffee scenes, but they should have told ESRB that the models had been left on the CD so that ESRB could have made a decision about the age rating based on all the material on the CD. So technically, whether on purpose or not, Rockstar hid material from ESRB.
  
  3. Surely if ESRB/the government and whoever didn't want people to access the Hot Coffee scenes had just kept quiet about it and just changed the age rating without making an amazingly large fuss then not as many people would know about them and thus try to access them.
  
  Yeah, that would have been a good idea.

  err, hey. I think this whole thing has been taken too far in debates, and we really shouldn't care too much about it. But, whatever, It's M rated, so young people won't be seeing it (unless they bought it cheap off their dad's friend or something(most do)). So what's the big deal? Pervs can watch it with delight, others if they don't want to can not play that part of the game.
  It's pretty simple-if you don't wanna look at it- don't look at it. If you do- then fine! Go ahead, I do not see why this is so much trouble?

  I know kids have to learn eventualy, but come on, let them play at the park and watch tasteful cartoons. Yeah, everyone eventualy grows up, but why would you want children to grow up faster than they already do. The world does not need the media, games, movies and what not to do it. Let the kids learn about things through experience and what ever happened to parents telling their kids the basics. It use to be a society where adults protect children, what the heck happened. People prolably will say, well, don't let your kids watch that, come on, you know parents can't have complete control. I didn't know what a blowjob was until I was 13, and I am happy for that. All the girls(no lie) that made fun of me and watched all the dirty crap on TV became teenage mothers, into drugs(I'm talking Rocks) babies daddy left them, droped out of school.   This game is absolutely discusting and among many other things terribly degrading to women. I cant believe so many perverts are so eager to get the code so they can play it, have some respect for your mothers, women, and yourselves and find something productive to do with your time. Games like these should not be sold, regardless of what rating they get. They work to degenerate our society. The comment made earlier about how its only a game and that if you use your brain you wont actually do these things is crap. What you put into your head is who you are, you watch enough of this shit and you will believe it.....

  I wonder how it is that some of you people can even stand yourselves. You sit there, safe, behind your computer screen, trying to tell the world what to do with themselves.   Parents (and I'm one of them) don't want their children to play a game like this. I can't blame you. I've got all girls, ages 12 yrs to 8 mos. Guess how I make sure they don't get exposed to stuff like this, you got it, I DON'T FUCKING BUY IT FOR THEM! Holy shit, what a concept. I also make sure they don't have access to crap like that online either. Wanna know how I do it? Here's the secret:
  
  Go to the store and get a copy of some kind of Firewall, like Norton for example, then read the goddamned manual when you get home so you know how to fucking use it. Finally install it and config it so that you set your childrens access to certin things online, like... hmmm... WEBSITES!
  
  Another thing you can do is this:
  
  WATCH WHAT YOUR KIDS SURF! Holy crap, another revalation.
  
  So what I'm saying is: Those parents that are all pissed off about what their kids get thier hands onto are basically just lazy ass fucks that don't want to do anything like the above suggestions, except bitch about things like this that honestly really don't matter for shit. I'll tell you what matters, my family, my kids and wife, my income and my taxes. Everything else is just fluff. That's right, you heard me, fluff. It's all just icing on the cake, nothing more.
  
  Do the world a favor, research things before you post half concocted notions about nothing. Stop getting all pissed off about things you cannot control, like if Rockstar is going to release another GTA title this year or not. Who fucking cares. I certinly don't. And if I don't want my kids to see or be exposed to something, I simply don't allow it. Furthermore, if my kids do get around the security that I have in place at my home, then they simply don't have access to the computer anymore. How astonishing is that? *gasp* dum dum dum

  I remember getting the sex mini game once without a hack on the ps2 version. As shocking and sad as the sex mini game is, I actually find it more disturbing because it's interracial sex.   I have 14 years, I have played GTA games since a lot of time and I don't think that the people who play that games were going to make crimes, but there are a lot of people who doesn't want their sons to know the reality of the life, and i think that's stupid(the Media is plenty of sex and violence, and you can't stop that). Also I say that I'll never play that minigame(that's only unreal sex).

  i just can't understand why people just make make such a fuss about this stupid thing, if the game was supposed to be AO, not M, then just make it AO for god's sake !!
