Basically, he wrote an entry that mentioned the show (which is like a slightly tamer Jerry Springer style talk show) and it wound up with a higher PageRank than the official site.

People, clicking on the first link they saw and completely ignoring the obvious signs that it was not the official show website, started posting their stories and requests for a spot on the show.

Rather bizzare reading, some of it.
