We also pay channel editors 10% of everything the blogs under them make, we have intern positions and we have a bunch of work that people bring to our bloggers which supplements their income quite nicely (last month, we paid out equally for b5 content and for contract content).<br><br>That said, we're still working on our payment model. Something simpler would be nice, but with 80 blogs and 40 bloggers it's difficult to change things midstream without gobs of cash.Jeremy WrightTue, 13 Dec 2005 11:44:50 -0000
